<span class="text-color-accent">QEII Secret</span> Garden Party
I've been lucky to enjoy an excellent relationship with the QEII Centre over the years. This particular project was a promotional highlights video featuring their Secret Garden Showcase. This event was for the venue's top clients and planners and demonstrated new and inventive ways of using their space.
As with any promo film for a venue, my aim isn't simlply showing viewers the space, but evoking a feeling about that space. It was also important to me that we teased out details like the decor, food & wine, entertainment and evoked the 'wow factor' of the venue's location. This event was shot one wet February evening, but had no impact of the warm and exotic feel I wanted to convey.
The film combines a voice over artist acting as the voice of a compere and is intercut with soundbites from selected guests. The film has successfully played a significant role in the QEII Centre remaining a top venue for prestigious events in Westminster.
